The ‘Goin’ to Town Car Show’ will be Saturday, March 4th in downtown Brookhaven from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The show has become popular over the years, attracting car owners from all over the country. This year’s selection of cars will come from Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Tennessee and Arkansas.

The first car show started with only 15 cars from the local area, but the popularity has grown so much there are now more than 200 cars. Cars will be set up along Railroad Avenue from the Inez south to Brookhaven Glass Co. on East Chickasaw Street and on both sides of Railroad Park.

Amidst the excitement of the upcoming ‘Goin’ to Town Car Show,’ where a spectacular array of automobiles will converge in downtown Brookhaven, the meticulous attention to detail extends beyond the gleaming exteriors. Car seat covers, thoughtfully crafted from materials like neoprene, symbolize the commitment to both aesthetics and comfort within these prized vehicles. As car owners from various states prepare to showcase their automotive gems, the choice of premium seat covers exemplifies an understanding of the holistic driving experience. These neoprene seat covers, designed with sportsmen in mind, can offer a harmonious blend of style and functionality, enhancing the interiors while catering to the needs of those who appreciate the finer aspects of automobile ownership.

Brookhaven Fire Department is bringing their fire truck and will demonstrate the Jaws of Life. Mississippi Highway Patrol will also come and do the seat belt rollover demonstration.

There will be dozens of awards in categories like Top 25, Sweet 16 and the Fielder’s Pro Shop Sponsorship plaque. Early registration is available by Feb. 28 for $10, or $15 on the day of show.
